STEP 1

SCHEDULE AN
INTRODUCTORY CALL

Is this a good fit for you and your goals? Let's find out! On this call we will talk about where you are at and what your goals are, then we spend time talking about what we do and how we can help you individually.

STEP 2

GET SIGNED UP

If we're a good fit and you're ready to started, you'll receive an email with a sign up link.  Once you click on that link and enter your  information you will be directed to a profile page for the coaching app we use.   After you fill out the profile page you will receive an email to download the app and fill out a consultation form.  Then we just need to get you started.

STEP 3

ONE HOUR ZOOM CALL

On this call we will talk about things like training and sleep and stress.  

Taking a whole lifestyle to nutrition is important as well. We talk about things like workouts, sleep, stress, and water consumption. These things play a big part in how your body responds to food.  And we have to look at them and take them into consideration

Then we talk about your goals in detail and how best to reach them.  Once we have a good picture of everything we will set up your plan and go over how to work the app.  

STEP 4

DAILY CONTACT

We have daily contact with each client.  We are looking at your food everyday and giving you feedback and suggestions.  We ask questions about training and sleep and stress and all the other things that contribute to a healthy lifestyle.  We point out trends and patterns that we see so you can learn what works best for your body.    What clients like most is the daily accountability to help keep them on track and the resource of having a coach to ask questions to and to help when things come up.

STEP 5

MONTHLY VIDEO CALLS

Beyond the daily contact we will have 2 - 20 min coaching video calls each month.  This is where we talk about things that are going well, things you might be struggling with and anything we might need to adjust and change.  These are a very important part of the process and helps us get to know each other better so we can know what will work best for you.

If you are a competitive athlete we do competition nutrition plans to help you on competition day. We also do nutrition plans for people who run half or full marathons, iron mans or obstacle course races.
